Whiskey Sour
2 oz bourbon 3/4 oz lemon juice 1/2 oz simple syrup 1/2 oz egg white Shake all ingredients with ice, strain, and garnish with 3 dashes Angostura bitters.
Old Fashioned
2 oz bourbon 1/2 tsp sugar 3 dashes Angostura bitters 1 tsp water In a rocks glass, dissolve the sugar in the bitters and water. Fill glass with ice, add bourbon, and stir. Garnish with orange twist.
