Old Fashioned

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 tsp water

In a rocks glass, dissolve the sugar in the bitters and water. Fill glass with ice, add bourbon, and stir. Garnish with orange twist.
