1 oz Gin 1 oz Campari 1 oz Sweet red Vermouth Stir into glass over ice, garnish and serve.
Manhattan
2 oz Rye or Canadian whisky 3/4 oz Sweet red vermouth Dash Angostura bitters Stir over ice, strain into a chilled glass, garnish with Maraschino cherries, and serve straight up.
Martini
3 oz gin .5 oz dry vermouth 1 dash orange bitters Fill a mixing glass with ice, add ingredients, stir, and strain into martini glass. Garnish with olives.
